Bauer Media Outdoor UK is recruiting a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executive for a 12 Month FTC hybrid role. You will support Direct Sales teams with pre- and post-sales activities, campaign planning, and client presentations to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Key duties include coordinating artwork, orders and timelines, maintaining strong communication, and continuously improving processes. A strong office toolset and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and high attention to detail when handling data.

Responsibilities

• Provide full pre and post-sales service to Direct Sales teams and clients.
• Plan customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
• Deliver presentations and insights to support sales recommendations.
• Coordinate campaign changes, artwork, design, print and digital orders.
• Respond promptly to agency briefs and inquiries with high-quality responses.
• Track progress and communicate updates to sales regarding campaigns.
• Ensure bookings align with company standards and timelines.
