Bauer Media Outdoor UK is a leading Out of Home media and infrastructure company with a nationwide footprint. The role provides full pre- and post-sales support to our Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely execution of campaigns.

You will plan campaigns, present insights for client recommendations, coordinate artwork and orders, and maintain proactive communication to drive successful campaigns.

• Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
• Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
• Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
• Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
• Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
• Organize photography for requested campaigns.

What you'll be doing

This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed.

To ensure all activities are reflective of the 'knowledge, accuracy & efficiency' team pillars.

Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.

What we are looking for
