Concept Recruitment Group is supporting a growing organisation in Leeds as they expand their commercial team. The Sales Account Manager will develop existing client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities in a hybrid, full-time role.

You’ll engage with key decision-makers, tailor solutions to customer needs and manage a balanced mix of account management and new business activity, with strong earning potential and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Consultative, customer-focused and commercially minded approach.
• Confidence engaging with business decision-makers.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets.
• Proactive, resilient and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow a portfolio of existing business customers.
• Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Arrange and conduct telephone, video and face-to-face client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and up-to-date CRM records.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen existing accounts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales, revenue and activity targets.
