Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager within cable distribution or electrical wholesalers.
  • Strong commercial awareness with understanding of margins, GP, and KPIs.
  • Confidence managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to become a trusted supplier.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer accounts in an electrical cable distribution setting.
  • Handle enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to close business.
  • Build long-term client relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and resellers.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and contracts aligned with GP targets.
  • Monitor account performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
