Job summary

Rolls-Royce invites applications for an Engineering and Technology Year-Long Internship in the UK. The 12-month programme offers rotation across engineering disciplines with hybrid working and locations in Derby, Bristol, and Solihull.

Starting salary is £23,600 pro rata plus a £500 joining bonus to assist with moving costs. You’ll gain hands-on experience through rotational gigs in central Engineering, Technology and Safety, and potentially Civil Aerospace, Defence or Power Systems teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in any STEM subject, or joint honours degrees that combine STEM with subjects like business or economics.

Responsibilities

• Working on exciting and varied projects across nuclear options for powering the UK’s fleet of Naval Submarines, and helping develop next-generation demonstrator engines.
• Using data, technology and AI to improve environmental performance at power stations, test marine automation software or strengthen cyber-security.
• Developing through digital learning, on-the-job training and opportunities that bring ideas to life in meaningful ways.
• Accessing opportunities for continuous learning.
