Hiscox Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Risk Analyst to support second line risk management within the UK Risk and Compliance team. You will help maintain Hiscox UK Risk Management Framework and work closely with the UK Chief Risk Officer and Group Risk and Compliance.

The role involves analyzing risk data, supporting RCSA and ORSA work, and delivering insights to executives. Hybrid working arrangements are offered to balance collaboration with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Understanding of enterprise risk management techniques and best practices.
• Experience in insurance or financial services risk roles (audit, compliance, or consultancy) is valued.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Support completion of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and track actions.
• Analyze risk data trends and present insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare papers for Board and Executive Risk Committees and oversight forums.
• Provide second line oversight and challenge in stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to second line risk reviews and ORSA coordination.
• Lead emerging risk analysis for Hiscox UK considering external trends.
• Help enhance risk culture through training and awareness activities.
• Stay updated on UK regulatory developments affecting risk management.
