Hiscox is seeking a Risk Analyst for the UK to support second line risk management within the UK Risk and Compliance team. The role involves RCSA execution, data trend analysis, and reporting to senior committees, with exposure to the UK Chief Risk Officer and Group Risk & Compliance.

The candidate will strengthen risk culture, manage regulatory risk, and provide training to first line teams, operating within a hybrid UK work model.

Competenze

• Understanding of enterprise risk management techniques and practices.
• Experience in insurance or financial services risk roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data from multiple sources.

Mansioni

• Support Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes and track actions.
• Analyse risk data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Prepare materials for Board and Executive Risk Committees.
• Provide second-line oversight and challenge in stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to ORSA activities and coordination of ORSA Report.
• Lead emerging risk analysis for Hiscox UK and monitor regulatory developments.
