Job summary

Full Circle Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Reward Advisor to join a large, established organisation within its HR function. The role focuses on compensation activities, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, benchmarking and pay gap reporting.

You will analyse large data sets, support system configuration, and respond to reward queries from employees and managers. This contract role offers hybrid working and steady workload through year-end.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years' experience in Reward, HR, Compensation & Benefits or Finance.
• Experience with salary reviews, benchmarking, bonus schemes or job evaluation.
• Advanced Excel skills (LOOKUPs, PivotTables, data visualisation).
• Experience using HR systems and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex compensation and reward queries.
• Support the annual salary review, early careers salary review and promotion / exceptional increase processes.
• Support system configuration, data validation, reporting and query resolution as part of salary review activity.
• Assist with administration of management bonus schemes, including participation records, calculations, reporting and payroll information.
• Carry out job evaluation and provide salary benchmarking information.
• Maintain job architecture and associated reward data.
• Complete external salary survey submissions.
• Support gender and ethnicity pay gap calculations and reporting.
• Produce and analyse compensation data and present findings clearly through reports, graphs and dashboards.
• Support reward presentations and communications to improve employee understanding of their overall reward package.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving reward processes, systems and employee experience.
