Job summary

BlackRock, Inc. in Brighton, East Sussex is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a busy South East property team.

This permanent role offers hybrid working and flexible office attendance, with the ability to manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion. You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership, and other general residential property matters, while delivering strong

Qualifications

• Qualified or non-qualified Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Proven residential conveyancing experience.
• Confident managing a caseload independently.
• Strong client care, communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership, and general residential property matters.
• Provide high-quality client service with minimal supervision and maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the wider property team to ensure smooth case progression.
