Job summary

eNL is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in Devon to join its Property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of conveyancing experience, excellent client care and communication skills, and be comfortable using case management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Comfortable using case management systems.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from instruction to completion for residential conveyancing matters.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Assist with remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Work on new build transactions and other residential matters.
• Maintain relationships with clients and referrers.
