Hastings Direct in Leicester is seeking a Customer Advisor – First Notification of Loss to support customers after incidents. The role is 37.5 hours weekly, hybrid with weekly office presence and remote work, with a starting salary of £26,230.

You will handle inbound calls, log claims, gather information, and ensure accuracy to move claims forward, delivering a first-rate customer experience in a supportive team environment.

• Log claims via portals including police-reported cases.
• Gather required information, validate details and prep claims.
• Record all actions clearly and follow up for missing data.
• Listen actively, capture detailed incident accounts and liability.
