Job summary

HR Heads is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager for Southampton, operating in a hybrid environment. You will lead an international HR agenda, translating business strategy into workforce priorities and shaping people plans across multiple regions.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, organisation design, recruitment, development and reward programmes while ensuring compliant, high-impact HR operations globally.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a broad HR function within a regional or international organisation.
• Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent & succession, reward and employee relations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner regional leaders on strategic workforce and organisational decisions.
• Develop and execute a multi-year People strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, capability planning and succession initiatives.
• Drive recruitment, talent acquisition and critical workforce pipelines.
• Lead organisational change, restructuring and transformation programmes.
• Oversee reward, performance and talent management frameworks.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and employment risk matters.
• Use workforce analytics and insight to inform decision-making and future workforce investments.
• Ensure people processes, governance, compliance and risk management remain effective across multiple jurisdictions.
