Job summary

ABM is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a high-volume portfolio of frontline and operational vacancies within ABM’s Facility Services division, across corporate sites and client environments. You will partner with operational leaders to translate workforce needs into proactive recruitment plans and talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable end-to-end recruitment experience in-house, RPO or agency.
• Experience recruiting across multiple sites or dispersed locations.
• Proven ability to manage a large vacancy portfolio at pace with quality and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication with operational leaders.
• Experience contributing to workforce planning and recruitment pipelines.
• Direct-sourcing and creative attraction across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume frontline and operational vacancies across Facility Services.
• Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers to translate workforce needs into recruitment plans.
• Lead vacancy briefings and advise on role requirements, pay, sourcing options, and timelines.
• Source and attract candidates via job boards, CV databases, social media, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and re-engage past applicants and former employees.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment records and reporting, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
