Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Energetic, resilient and determined in competitive talent markets.
• Experience in Power Generation, Transportation Infrastructure, Engineering, Utilities, Construction or Facilities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and influence hiring decisions.
• Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and long-term relationships.
• Manage multiple vacancies end-to-end: screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Champion the employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks and activity.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with procedures.
