Sunblink is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for roles in the East Midlands. You will work within the commercial team to oversee financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, helping ensure they are delivered efficiently and commercially.

Hybrid working may be available as the team supports projects across structural steel, metalwork and reinforced concrete sectors. The successful candidate will manage costs, valuations and subcontractor packages while liaising with project teams to

Competenze

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Knowledge of commercial and contractual practices.
Ability to manage budgets, valuations and final accounts.

Managing project costs, budgets and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
Reviewing subcontractor packages and variations.
Monitoring project expenditure and identifying risks and opportunities.
Managing contractual matters and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Collaborating with project managers, clients, subcontractors and the commercial team.
Contributing to successful commercial delivery from start to finish.
