Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Northern office in Sunderland. You will work on public sector projects, managing assignments under supervision and acting as Employer's Agent to coordinate stakeholders and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree, 2+ years of experience, and being able to commute to Sunderland. APC diary progress and Employer's Agent experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Working towards completing your APC diary.
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Commutable to Sunderland.
• Ideally have experience of working on Public Sector projects.
• Employers Agent experience would be a bonus, not essential

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on public sector schemes under supervision.
• Act as Employer's Agent, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress and delivering projects to client objectives.
