Novus Property Solutions Ltd. is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our fast-paced refurbishment and fit-out projects across Leisure, Education and Retail sectors.

The role involves cost evaluation, procurement and active liaison with contractors, suppliers and clients while working in a live environment. Based at the Stoke on Trent head office with hybrid working; travel to sites and sites’ overnight stays are required.

Formación

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in refurbishment/fastrack environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts is preferred.
• Strong cost estimation and procurement skills; capable of managing subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tenders.
• Manage procurement from handover to estimating and mobilisation.
• Monitor cash flow forecasts and submit monthly payment applications.
• Value and authorise payments to sub-contractors and liaise with Contract Managers.
