Job summary

Ceto Talent is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for highways and infrastructure projects across the UK. Based in the West Midlands with hybrid working, you will oversee commercial delivery, costs, valuations and contract compliance to drive profitable project outcomes.

You will prepare valuations, manage variations, monitor costs and support forecasting, while liaising with Contracts Managers, clients and suppliers to optimise commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes.
• Experience preparing applications for payment, valuations and managing variations.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.

Responsibilities
