Job summary

You will lead commercial packages, manage subcontractor accounts, and drive financial control under NEC3/NEC4, with strong focus on cost reporting, change control, and stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Experience as QS or Senior QS in civil engineering, highways, and 278 works.
• Contract knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4.
• Degree or HND in QS, CM, or Civil Engineering, MRICS/CICES desirable.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management including budgets, cash flow, CVR.
• Oversee Section 278 works and highway interfaces.
• Draft enquiries, negotiate rates, manage subcontract accounts, payments, final accounts.
• Identify, quantify, notify variations and claims.
• Interface with local authorities, design partners, and delivery teams.
