Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for fast track fit-out and refurbishment projects across Leisure, Education and Retail sectors. The role is based at Stoke on Trent with hybrid work and national travel to sites as required, working 37.5 hours weekly.

You will prepare cost estimates, manage procurement, supervise subcontractors, and ensure timely payments and accurate cash-flow reporting. A Full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in refurbishment or fast-track fit-out projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence required due to travel demands.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and evaluate cost information for fit-out and refurbishment works.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts for projects.
• Submit monthly applications for payment and cost valuations.
• Manage sub-contractors from procurement to mobilisation.
• Attend meetings and liaise with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers.
• Monitor contract progress and report changes affecting cost or time.
