Foster & May Limited in Warrington is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our Cost Management team, delivering value across healthcare, education and commercial projects. You will manage budgets, costs and forecasts while liaising with clients to provide precise reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent, with PQS experience and exposure to pre/post-contract work. Hybrid working options and APC progression support are offered.

Formación

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Previous experience within a PQS.
• Ideally experience within the commercial sector.
• Good Pre and Post Contract knowledge.
• Working towards taking APC or completed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgets, costs and forecasts across projects.
• Produce accurate reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients in healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
• Support APC progression and professional development.
