Job summary

Foster & May Limited, a northern based construction consultancy, is expanding its Quantity Surveying team in Preston. The successful candidate will manage budgets, costs and forecasts across healthcare, education and commercial sectors, delivering precise cost reporting and insights throughout each project.

As a PQS with a degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar) and ideally MRICS/APC progression, you will join a growing team with a strong work culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or comparable field.
• Experience within a PQS environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of pre and post-contract processes.
• MRICS APC status or progression is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costs and forecasts across healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
• Provide accurate cost reporting and financial insight to clients throughout projects.
