Foster & May Limited, a growing Manchester-based quantity surveying consultancy, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead public sector project work and drive commercial success.

You will mentor junior quantity surveyors, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with clients and the internal team to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Hybrid work is available and APC support is provided.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or working towards MRICS status is required.
• Experience within a PQS/Construction Consultancy environment is essential.
• Experience on public sector projects is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage a range of public sector projects with strong commercial leadership.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Collaborate with clients and the internal team to deliver high‑quality work on time.
