A Quantity Surveyor is sought in Chesterfield to join a division within a chartered consultancy that operates as a main contractor's commercial team. The role focuses on government refurbishment and building fabric projects across the UK, with regular site visits from the Chesterfield office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a main contracting environment.
• Solid understanding of commercial delivery on refurbishment schemes.
• Ability to manage cost, valuations, variations and procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Support contractor clients on live projects with cost management, valuations and variations.
• Produce reports and manage procurement activities while ensuring commercial delivery.
