Vax is seeking a Quality Manager (Product Support Manager) to lead post-launch quality, investigations and data-driven improvements. You will oversee the Quality Systems & Data capability, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality Engineers, suppliers and global teams.

The role requires an engineering background and proven experience in leading technical teams, with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to turn field data into clear improvement priorities.

Formación

• Experience leading technical teams and quality initiatives.
• Strong product quality, engineering or product-support background.
• Proficient in structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to analyse field data and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and document control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-launch product quality based on field performance and data.
• Manage investigations into product safety and property damage.
• Drive corrective actions with engineers and suppliers.
• Oversee IQC, inspections, and product investigations.
• Monitor fixes to ensure sustained improvements.
• Support NPD by feeding field learnings to MP readiness.
• Own Quality Systems & Data capability across the department.
• Ensure governance, document control and data capture.
