• Process high volumes of purchase ledger invoices accurately.
• Match, batch and code invoices.
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
• Process supplier payments via BACS and other methods.
• Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Deal with supplier queries and resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Manage outstanding invoices and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate financial records for the wider finance team.
