Consult KA is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a hybrid role in Wrexham. You will manage purchase ledgers, oversee invoice matching and payment runs, and liaise with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate processing.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple currencies, and comfortable using SAP and Excel. This permanent position offers hybrid working with two days from home.

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented with the ability to track invoices and payments.
• Able to liaise confidently with departments and vendors.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple currencies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase ledger including matching, batching, and coding invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Liaise with internal and external colleagues to track payments.
• Monitor three-way match reports to ensure correct PO numbers.
• Create supplier payment runs on the SAP system.
• Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external customers.
