Success depends on being able to turn procurement strategy into practical delivery. The postholder is expected to manage competing workstreams, support operational teams, maintain supplier accountability and ensure procurement activity is compliant, commercially robust and aligned to asset and service requirements. The standard expected is that of a high-performing Procurement Manager who takes ownership of procurement outcomes, supplier performance and value delivery.

  • Management of approved suppliers database, including vetting and onboarding of new suppliers
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service level agreements to deliver optimal outcomes for the business
  • Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Property Management, and Facility Management teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements where required
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies alongside the Procurement Lead
