Responsibilities

• Receive maintenance queries by telephone or email from private tenants.
• Consult with landlords and provide regular updates on progress.
• Report issues to contractors and arrange access for quotations or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records in the internal database of enquiries and actions.
• Coordinate property compliance and safety checks with contractors and landlords.
• Monitor gas safety certificates, electrical inspections, smoke/CO alarms, EPCs and related obligations.
• Maintain contact with Lettings branch and internal staff involved in management and compliance.
