Casa by Moda is seeking a Property Manager to support the delivery of the single-family home model. You will work with the Head of Operations, Development and Leasing teams, traveling to neighbourhoods as required to hand over units and manage defects and maintenance.

Based in the Nottingham area, you will help sustain property standards, drive resident satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency. Experience in facilities management and a relevant degree is expected, with IOSH preferred.

Qualificações

• Solid background in property/facilities management.
• University degree or relevant industry training; IOSH preferred.
• Competent with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; PM software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Mobilisation: manage handovers from builders and site visits.
• Defects: oversee defects resolution and resident queries.
• Responsive maintenance: supervise maintenance and FM partners; inspect sites.
• Legal: ensure health, safety compliance and manage invoices.
• Collaboration: work with Development and Operations teams for smooth mobilisation.
