William James Recruitment is seeking a Property Litigation Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor in Birmingham with hybrid working and a salary between £75,000 and £100,000 plus excellent benefits. The role covers a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes for an established client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in property litigation for residential and commercial clients.
• Strong advocacy skills or willingness to develop them.
• Excellent client care and communication abilities.
• Commercially aware with good organisation and case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
• Advise landlords and tenants on contentious matters.
• Handle boundary disputes, TOLATA and general property litigation.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and legal documentation.
• Conduct advocacy where appropriate and contribute to BD initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Dispute Resolution team to deliver outcomes.
