You will coordinate inspections, manage diaries, handle deposits, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent service to landlords, tenants and colleagues. Training completed leads to hybrid working after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings or property management is required.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property inspections, inventories and check-out appointments.
• Manage diaries and arrange inspections team appointments.
• Administer deposit releases and tenancy deposit negotiations.
• Monitor compliance requirements and inventory documentation.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, branches and third-party providers.
• Provide administrative support to inspections and property teams.
