Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of our Metering, Billing & Collection (MBC) Programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape heating services for thousands of residents across 66 heat networks, 3,785 homes and a £1.35 million contract.

You will work across Housing, Repairs & Investment, Sustainability, ICT, Finance and external partners, taking ownership of programme delivery, contract management, tariff

Qualificações

• Significant project management experience delivering complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets and priorities.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience of contract management and performance monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of the Council's Metering, Billing & Collection Programme.
• Manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Drive regulatory compliance and Ofgem readiness.
• Oversee contract performance, tariffs, billing and cost recovery.
• Develop governance frameworks, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Support the transition of heat network management into a long-term operational service.
