Ideal candidates should have a strong engineering background, experience in managing multi-disciplined teams, and excellent communication skills. A degree in engineering or a related field is essential. The salary ranges from £59,000 to £75,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering aspects of the Project, ensuring technical quality, schedule, and budget.
• Manage cross-site, multi-disciplined engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain good communications with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure the design solution meets end user requirements and is reliable.
• Support the management of Suppliers and project Make or Buy decisions.
