Talentmark Limited is recruiting for a Global Studies Asset Manager on a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid, with 2/3 days on site and the remainder from home, in Welwyn Garden City, UK.

The role involves coordinating study management across a group of studies, driving clinical ops innovation, and building strong partnerships with CROs to maximize expertise. KPIs will be developed and tracked using company systems.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive operations experience in life sciences.
• Exposure to study management from concept to database lock.
• Experience in phase 3 in a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver study management across a group of studies within an asset's portfolio.
• Drive innovation in clinical operations by contributing to new approaches.
• Build and role model effective study partnership behaviours with your TA aligned CRO partner to maximise expertise.
• Develop and oversee KPIs for areas of responsibility using company tracking systems.
• Lead 3rd party vendor selection, vendor identification, setup, oversight and close out to ensure delivery.
