Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP/MSSP IT services environments.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Customer-focused and proactive problem solving.
• Collaborative with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of customer technology projects.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, actions and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to Project Managers and senior delivery teams.
• Schedule project meetings, workshops, handovers and reviews.
• Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes, actions, decisions and outcomes.
• Assist with project documentation, reports and customer communications.
• Support effective communication between Projects, Sales, Support and customers.
• Help ensure projects stay organised, on track and delivered to a high standard.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
