Job summary

Altro is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Customer Experience & Insight Team. The role is permanent with an initial onsite training period, then hybrid (3 days in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire Head Office).

You will manage projects through the sales pipeline, record outcomes in CRM, engage stakeholders, deliver excellent customer service across channels, and support the wider sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress project opportunities through the sales pipeline, focusing on contracting stage projects.
• Conduct outbound project-tracking calls and record outcomes in CRM systems.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across the DMU.
• Protect specifications at risk through effective objection handling and communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp.
• Identify additional sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships during interactions.
• Maintain accurate project and customer data to support planning and reporting.
• Use Glenigan and other resources to research projects and generate leads.
• Gather customer feedback through Altro Voice of the Customer and other activities.
• Support the wider Internal Sales team with coaching and sharing best practices.
• Monitor competitor activity and communicate Altro's differentiators.
• Share market intelligence and customer insight with the business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
