Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Brighton, UK, is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our Release Systems & Antennas division. This role focuses on accumulating and validating cost inputs from multiple functions to build accurate Basis of Estimate data and to support monthly cost and price reviews.

You will maintain the BoE tool, participate in budgeting and forecasting, and prepare monthly financial reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a related discipline with at least 2 years' experience in a finance, programme finance, project accounting, or financial analyst role.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather cost inputs from Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and Contracts to update the Basis of Estimate (BoE).
• Maintain and develop the Basis of Estimate tool.
• Attend cost and price reviews with senior management and present financial data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis at project level.
• Prepare monthly project financial reports and support Program Managers in reporting to senior management.
• Ensure consistent project reporting and data collection across projects.
• Assist with risk identification, risk registers, and risk management activities.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits as needed.
• Provide coverage to the finance team and contribute to ad hoc projects.
