The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for the UK team to provide essential financial support across programmes. Hybrid/virtual work is available, with opportunities across multiple sites in the UK.

You will collaborate with Programme Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver insightful analyses, drive profitability, and support strategic direction while developing your professional skills and accreditations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations-facing finance role as a Business Partner to operational managers.
• Strong reporting discipline and ability to establish cadence.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer-focused and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior finance analysis and data for decision making.
• Manage full cycle project accounting from proposal through contract closure.
• Lead estimates at complete with cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
• Apply Earned Value Management techniques to track monthly performance and variances.
• Prepare variance analyses and supporting reports for business partners.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly forecasting across contracts and areas.
• Assess Risks and Opportunities and drive mitigation to protect profitability.
• Analyze orders, revenue, earnings, and cash impact for programmes.
• Support standardized reporting and compliance with Boeing standards.
