Job summary

AirX Jet Support UK is recruiting a Production Planning Engineer to join our team at the London Stansted Diamond Hangar, on a 5-5-4 rotating shift. The role supports the Technical Services Manager with all Production Planning activities and acts as the touchpoint for planning issues during execution and preparation for customer maintenance inputs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in aircraft maintenance planning, strong knowledge of Bombardier or Embraer types, excellent organisation, and

Qualifications

• Experience ≥3 years in aircraft maintenance planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of Bombardier or Embraer aircraft types.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and regulatory requirements.
• Flexible with working hours to meet operations.
• Experience with MRO IT software (AMOS/OASES/Rusada) is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue comprehensive maintenance packages per airworthiness requirements.
• Review work packages to ensure consumables and tooling are identified and available.
• Coordinate pre-input meetings with internal departments.
• Review OEM manuals, drawings and service bulletins to guide maintenance teams.
• Own department objectives and goals.
• Work with Technical Services Manager to ensure process updates.
• Update internal systems to reflect work card status.
• Promote Safety, Quality and FOD culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with processes and procedures.
• Report incidents in IQSMS portal.
• Support continuous improvement and lean principles.
