Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline.
• Experience in product management across lifecycle management and margin control.
• Strong commercial acumen for pricing and profitability.
• Experience working with physical products where engineering drawings matter.
• Ability to translate customer needs into commercial product solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Confident presenting ideas and product value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle from concept to end of life.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product roadmaps that support revenue, market share and profitability.
• Lead new product development and introduction projects with milestones.
• Develop pricing strategies to optimize margins and maximize performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate customer requirements into product specs.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Identify product enhancements, value engineering and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.
• Support key customer meetings and industry events.
