Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience across product management and product marketing with commercialization track record.
• Proven ability to coordinate global launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and support the development of the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept and development through launch, continuous improvement, and end-of-life planning.
• Prioritize product enhancements and initiatives based on customer needs, business priorities, and available resources, translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Gather customer feedback through VOC activities, customer interactions, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and opinion leaders to inform product improvements and commercialization activities.
