Job summary

Flick Learning, part of Impact Futures Group, is seeking a Product Designer to create and continuously improve engaging digital learning experiences. You will transform existing materials into learner-centred experiences, work with AI-enabled tools, and help maintain our Flick LMS library.

The role is hybrid (3 days from home, 2 days in Coventry). You will collaborate with SME teams to ensure content is accurate, accessible and impactful across education and training contexts.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Education or equivalent
• Experience creating and developing digital content
• Experience creating engaging learning and assessment materials for online environments
• Experience using digital authoring tools and learning technologies
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning content aligned with course specifications and quality standards
• Transform existing learning materials into interactive, learner-centred digital experiences
• Create engaging learning and assessment resources that support different learning styles and needs
• Develop multimedia assets including videos, interactive activities, assessments and templates
• Review and improve content using learner feedback, performance data and QA outcomes
• Support the development and maintenance of content within the Flick LMS library
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and industry relevant
• Contribute to course reviews, product development projects and new course launches
• Support the optimisation of learning content and programme structures within digital platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve learner experiences through digital systems and technology
• Keep up to date with AI, educational tech and digital pedagogy
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance learning and content development
• Champion innovative approaches to digital learning
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues
• Use feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure resources are accessible, inclusive and aligned with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion requirements
