Qualifications

• Several years of experience in analytics positions.
• University degree of 2:1 or higher in a quantitative discipline or relevant experience.
• Advanced use of digital analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of generative AI models and Agentic AI.
• Online visitor segmentation and statistical modelling techniques.
• Advanced online data collection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of commercial awareness.
• Ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with product managers, UX leads and Data Science Managers to define objectives, set targets and validate hypotheses.
• Execute end-to-end analysis: gather requirements, define success metrics, identify data sources, deliver insights and present recommendations.
• Lead as the team expert on digital and product analytics and promote best practices across the business.
• Drive AI adoption within the team and guide use of AI to improve efficiency.
• Use multi-source data to identify trends, expose opportunities and answer business questions.
• Mentor and train others, delivering structured training to upskill the team.
