• Has experience as a Business Analyst or similar in change/transformation.
• Able to map and improve business processes for measurable service gains.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confident problem solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Can manage priorities and deliver independently to deadlines.
• Committed to collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical capacity within the new team to understand Adult Social Care performance and where improvements can be made.
• Apply business analysis techniques to understand services and user needs, map processes and redesign ways of working.
• Support design and implementation of improved working practices and governance, dashboards and performance information.
