Job summary

Ministry of Justice is looking for a Band 5 Hub Manager to oversee the Prison Intelligence Unit’s strategic and tactical intelligence analysis. The post holder will lead a team, ensure policy compliance, and drive collaboration with Security, Operations Custodial Managers and external partners.

The role includes managing budgets, safeguarding information, and ensuring timely intelligence delivery to support decision making. Hybrid working arrangements are available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Practical working knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
• Knowledge of local processes would be an advantage.
• Able user of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Information collation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy application for intelligence analysis within the establishment.
• Coordinate tasking of analysts and act as conduit between the Prison Intelligence Unit and other functions.
• Ensure timely production and dissemination of intelligence products in line with policy.
• Review local analysis processes and maintain quality assurance of reporting.
