Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting for a Hub Manager - Safety at HMP The Mount. You will oversee administrative processes within the Business Hub, ensuring data integrity, financial compliance, and timely reporting to support performance measures.

You will lead Safer Custody procedures, manage ACCT and violence reduction processes, coordinate incident reporting, and provide management information to stakeholders at local and regional levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing administrative processes in a prison establishment.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Knowledge of ACCT and violence reduction processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transactional activity for the Safer Custody Hub and team.
• Ensure ACCT reviews are completed and notify stakeholders of trends.
• Coordinate incident reporting and safeguarding information to internal customers.
• Manage Safer Custody staff and provide direction through briefs and meetings.
• Promote safety and compliance with Health & Safety and local policies.
