Job summary

KDR Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Leeds (Hybrid) to act as the technical and product expert through the sales cycle.

You will deliver compelling demonstrations, understand customer requirements, and collaborate with Product and Sales to shape solutions while contributing to collateral and process improvements. The role offers exposure to SaaS, analytics and data platforms, with a focus on driving opportunities and enabling successful wins through technical storytelling

Qualifications

• Proven Pre-Sales or Solutions Consultant background within SaaS/analytics/data environments.
• Experience supporting RFPs, tenders and complex sales processes.
• Able to discuss integrations and technical requirements with customers.
• Experience with SaaS, BI, analytics or data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Support RFPs, tenders and sales opportunities.
• Work with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.
• Answer technical and integration-focused questions.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape solutions and proposals.
• Create and develop sales collateral, documentation and user guides.
• Help establish and improve Pre-Sales processes and approach.
• Work with Product and Technology teams to feed customer requirements back into the platform.
