Halfords is seeking a talented PPC Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll optimise paid search across Google Ads, Bing Ads and affiliates, driving performance to meet commercial goals.

Work with agencies and internal teams to implement best practices and uncover growth opportunities. The role requires strong data analysis, experience with Google Ads/Shopping, retail PPC, and the ability to present clear reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Paid Search campaigns with Google Ads/Shopping.
• Retail-focused PPC campaigns or retail environment experience.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and present insights.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver data-led PPC campaigns with internal/external partners.
• Manage Paid Search across Google/Bing Ads; align with KPIs.
• Grow affiliate marketing; manage relationships with agencies/partners.
• Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Monitor product feeds to maximise campaign effectiveness.
