Halfords Careers is recruiting a PPC Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Redditch. You will optimise paid search across Google Ads, Bing Ads and affiliate channels, working with internal teams and agencies to hit commercial KPIs.

You will manage retail-focused campaigns, analyze data, and present findings. The role offers hybrid working at our Support Centre with remote options, plus a competitive package including bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded PPC professional with a passion for performance marketing.
• Strong analytical approach and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing Paid Search campaigns in retail.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations.
• Experience creating and presenting digital marketing reports.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver data-led PPC campaigns with internal and agency partners.
• Manage Paid Search across Google/Bing Ads; align with KPIs.
• Develop affiliate marketing programme with partners like Quidco and HotUKDeals.
• Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Optimize product shopping feeds to maximise campaign effectiveness.
